Opeyemi Odedele serves as the Delivery and Project Manager at BluDive Technologies Limited, bringing over 12 years of expertise in people and operations management within the telecommunications and IT sectors.

His proficiency in team leadership, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and process improvement has consistently driven the successful execution of cross-functional projects and streamlined processes, contributing significantly to the company’s sustained achievement of “blue performance” over the past two years.

Before joining BluDive Technologies, Opeyemi held key roles as Team Manager and Operations Manager, where he was instrumental in delivering notable performance improvements. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Ilorin, is a certified member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), and possesses an ITIL Foundation certification.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Opeyemi is passionate about football.
